Want to get up close with alpacas and meet these sweet and fuzzy friends? Our farm is open for tour all year round, weather permitting, and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. During your visit you will learn all about the life of alpacas, their history, and their role as fiber animals. You will be able interact and take picture with the alpacas. Throughout the tour we will meet other farm members such as goats, pigs and horses and learn how they support alpaca farming. Finally we visit the fiber mill and see how the fiber is processed and the fiber products. To schedule your tour please call Jeff at 636-465-9218. Cost of the tour is $5 per person for tour of 4 people, or more.
We welcome tour of larger groups such as schools, scouts, or churches. We can also tailor your tour to your group with age appropriate fiber projects for an extra fee, creating a unique alpaca souvenir.
This is a working farm, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear outdoor closed toe shoes. Sorry no pets are allowed on the tour.
Classes on the Farm
We invite you to come to the farm and learn something fun or new while visiting the alpacas. Some of the classes are held outdoors right where the alpacas hang out, like the natural dying class, yoga, and painting. Other classes are indoors, but we will make sure that you have plenty of time to visit and learn about alpacas. Please check our event page for upcoming classes and to register.
